The MicroData Select Care suite of support services provides a flat-fee solution for fully managing and supporting the IT environment of today’s leading organizations, freeing both technical and non-technical personnel to concentrate on the company’s core business issues.

MicroData provides proactive services and rapid technical support for IT systems and infrastructure as well as office technology.

MicroData will provide complete network, server, and workstation support for all users, including on-site support as needed. Our services will include planning, managing, and day-to-day support of the network.

In addition, the included MicroData SafeGuard service will provide off-site backups at 15 minute intervals. And in the event of a disaster with an organization's server(s), our SafeGuard service will have virtualized servers up and running in your organization within minutes - not hours. Your employees simply go back to work as if nothing happened.
