The MicroData Select Care suite of support services provides a flat-fee solution for fully managing and supporting the IT environment of today’s leading organizations, freeing both technical and non-technical personnel to concentrate on the company’s core business.

Select Care provides proactive cloud-based, remote, and on-site services and technical support for IT systems and infrastructure as well as office technology.

MicroData will provide complete network, server, and workstation support for all users, including on-site support as needed. Complimentary help desk service is provided for all your users. Our services will include planning, managing, and day-to-day support of the network.Mac or PC

In addition, the included MicroData SafeGuard service will provide both on-site and off-site backups at 15 minute intervals. In the event of a disaster with an organization's server(s), our SafeGuard service will have virtualized servers up and running in your organization within minutes - not hours. Your employees simply go back to work as if nothing happened.
