Essential Care includes our proprietary cloud-based ARIES expert system to take care of all your network's computers. ARIES performs a 'tune up' of every server and workstation every night and watches all your systems 24x7! When an alarm condition occurs, ARIES evaluates the issue, implements corrective action, and then verifies that the problem has been corrected.
Essential Care is affordable, too. Support for desktops & notebooks is just $49 per system per month, and servers are only $299 per system per month.
Need more support? Optional remote and on-site service is available - but only as needed. There's no need to pay for what you don't use. This can save your organization thousands of dollars a year!
