The proactive services in Essential Care keep your servers, computers, and network up and running, and your people and business productive. Essential Care offers 24x7 services including endpoint security, disk drive analysis, security patch management, application usage, system auditing, backup and disaster recovery, server management, email server management, hardware and software inventory monitoring, and a variety of other automated procedures to ensure your systems are running and your employees are productive.

Essential Care includes our proprietary ARIES expert system to take care of all your network's computers. ARIES performs a 'tune up' of every server and workstation every night and watches all your systems 24x7! When an alarm condition occurs, ARIES evaluates the issue, implements corrective action, and then verifies that the problem has been corrected.

Need more support? We also offer Add-on Services to work with Essential Care. Add-on Services are flat fee, menu-like options that address a variety of IT needs and budgets. They also includes our exclusive self-healing ARIES expert system that automatically fixes computer problems as they occur. Now you can get outsourcing in just those few areas your organization needs. This can save your organization thousands of dollars a year!

You can even add the optional MicroData SafeGuard service to your coverage. SafeGuard will provide off-site backups of your server(s) in 15 minute intervals. And in the event of a server disaster, our SafeGuard service will have virtualized servers up and running in your organization within minutes - not hours. Your employees simply go back to work as if nothing happened.
