Glenn Mores,
President |
Glenn Mores is the President and
CEO of MicroData Group, Inc. He assumed this position in 2002
after purchasing the company. He is responsible for overall
operation, strategy, and leadership of the company. MicroData
Group, Inc. provides information technology outsourcing and
managed services for small-to-mid sized organizations in the New
England area.
Glenn is also a Senior Lecturer in
Management Information Systems at Northeastern University in
Boston Massachusetts where he has taught since 1990. His
teaching and writing focuses on both general MIS topics as well
as the role of technology in small business.
Prior to becoming President of
MicroData Group, Inc., Glenn held the position of Vice President
and General Manager for the corporation. His role involved
complete responsibility for day-to-day operation of the company
and directing and managing growth from a startup to a
26-employee corporation with sales of over $3M.
At the same time, Glenn served as
Vice President for MicroData Software, Inc. which MicroData
Group spun off in 2000 to continue developing and marketing
application software produced by MicroData Group. The software
applications were focused on reporting and monitoring on e-mail
in an organization. MicroData Software successfully developed
and marketed its software to over 23 countries around the world
and was acquired by IntelliReach Corporation of Dedham
Massachusetts in 2002.
Prior to this, Glenn served on the
faculty at Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts as Director
of Media Communications.
Glenn has served on numerous
technical advisory councils at area schools and not-for-profit
organizations. He also serves as President for the Commander
Owners Group.
Glenn graduated cum laude from the
University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 1989 and received a MBA
with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems. Glenn and his
wife Heather live on the north-shore of Boston.

Randall Jackson,
VP of
Engineering |
Randall Jackson is the Vice
President of
Engineering of MicroData Group, Inc. He assumed this position
in 2007 after serving as Director of the department and
previously as company's
Senior Engineer. Randall is responsible for organization and
documentation of all service activities; including problem
analysis and definition, advanced troubleshooting, server and
systems analysis and configuration. He serves as IT Engineering
team leader directing lower level Engineers and coordinating
team activity.
A highly qualified Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer and project manager with over 13
years of proven contributions in Microsoft Windows, Apple
Macintosh, and Linux network operations, Randall has in-depth
experience in all facets of system integration, network
maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and
end-user support. He has lifecycle project management success,
with key projects including migrations, upgrades, and
infrastructure build out and design.
Randall is a proud gold card
carrying MCSE on multiple Microsoft server platforms. He was
among the first in the world to earn this distinction on the
Windows 2000 product line. Randall is a member of the
Information Technology Advisory Council, an industry group with
a particular emphasis on information security and best practices
methodologies.
Prior to joining MicroData;
Randall served as Senior IT Engineer at MIS Alliance, Inc. in
Newton, MA. He also served as Chief Technology Officer for
Newprint, Inc. of Waltham, MA. He developed his extensive
troubleshooting skills while working in the complex
cross-platform computing environments of the digital prepress,
commercial printing, and publishing industries.
Randall and his wife Paula reside on
the north-shore of Boston.
