Priority Support

Get critical support for IT problems - fast!

MicroData always strives to provide prompt service, but some clients may wish to receive priority attention for service. Accordingly, we offer two monthly support options to provide priority support: Same-Day service and Next-Day service.

Clients on either Service will always be given preference over any customer who does not have such a contract.

Same-Day Priority Service

Our Same Day service ensures that should you experience a business critical difficulty with your organization's computer hardware or operating system, a MicroData engineer will assigned and actively working on resolving the problem no later than close of business that day. The request for support must be received by 1:00pm.

Calls received after 1.00pm will be dealt with the same day when possible but may have to be deferred to the following morning. In all cases our maximum response time will be 8 working hours.

Next-Day Priority Service

Our next day service will provide you with assistance by close of business the day after you request support.
