But for smaller companies or those who only want support in a few specific IT areas, MicroData's Managed Service Plans are a highly effective solution that can save money.
As with Complete Care, MicroData Managed Service Plans provide unique and significant benefits:

  • Managed Service Plans Save Money. It's simple. Because IT service is all that MicroData does and we've already invested in the automated tools, facilities, and trained personnel, we can provide your business with solutions that save you money.

  • Managed Service Plans are fixed-cost. Plans are priced on a per supported machine basis or on a flat monthly fee basis and can grow and contract as your business needs change. Budgeting is easy, too as the exact cost for support is known before investing in additional technology.

  • Managed Service Plans are comprehensive. When a Managed Service Plan is purchased, that IT area is covered. Period. MicroData performs whatever work is necessary to manage the solution on a day-to-day basis including monitoring, corrective action, installation of patches, updates, bug-fixes, and reporting. We'll work at your site and remotely, as required.
