Each month Essential Care gives you a comprehensive network status report which includes:

  • an executive summary and score to show you the overall health of your network at a glance
  • a summary of all the work performed by Essential Care during the month
  • overview of problems that Essential Care has detected and automatically corrected
  • a detailed hardware and software inventory of all your computer systems
  • a summary of alerts that represent issues that may need to be addressed in the future

We recognize that sometimes skilled human help is required or simply the best way to quickly solve a problem. That's why each month, Essential Care includes a credit for one hour of engineering assistance that you can use however you'd like.

MicroData engineers can remotely connect to any system to provide a virtual 'hands on' for troubleshooting, software installation, and even user instruction. It's up to you. And if you need assistance beyond the included one-hour, optional support is available to help with any IT challenge (see below).

Quarterly Strategic Consultation Included at No Additional Charge!

Day-to-day operation is important, but as a business owner, you also need to take a look at the 'big picture.' To help you manage and direct your company's technology, each quarter Essential Care includes a conference call with a senior MicroData engineer. The engineer will have reviewed your organization's performance reports, operations, and goals and be prepared to offer you advice for planning for the next 6 - 18 months.

And while Essential Care includes an hour of support time each month without any additional charge, additional assistance is available with a simple call.

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, HP Business Partner, and an IBM Partner, MicroData has the skills, resources, and experience to troubleshoot complex problems or manage large deployment projects.

As an Essential Care customer, you have access to all MicroData resources on a per hour basis.

And remote MicroData support is available at a discounted rate of only $100 per hour with a 15 minute minimum. It's fast, convenient, and economical.
