Endpoint Security Monitoring and Management
Basic Care includes antivirus and antispyware software - all at no extra cost! And if you already have antivirus software, Basic Care works with what you have, providing 24x7 monitoring of proper performance and operation. If a computer's antivirus software malfunctions or crashes, ARIES will quickly diagnose and correct the problem.
Free Online Backup
Every computer in your network gets 2GB of free online backup at no additional charge.
Application Monitoring and Management
ARIES watches all the installed programs on every computer. If an application crashes or fails, the problem is logged, analyzed, and corrected, or if the issue is unknown or more involved, ARIES will notify both the MicroData network operation center and you, providing helpful diagnostic information to assist in troubleshooting further.
Workstation Monitoring and Management
ARIES is also continuously checking the health of every computer system, 24 hours a day. In many cases, ARIES will alert you to a problem before it occurs.

Optional Access to Skilled MicroData Engineers
We understand that no matter how comprehensive the tools included with Basic Care, sometimes there will be situations that require the assistance of a skilled professional. While you may have an employee or an IT support company you already work with, as a Basic Care customer you have the option of having a skilled MicroData engineer assist you.
With Basic Care, we can not only review comprehensive information about any covered system, we can also remotely connect to any computer and troubleshoot and resolve problems - just like we were seated at the keyboard.
Calls for MicroData technical support are charged at $100 per hour with a 15 minute minimum. That's a 25% discount from the regular rate. It's fast, convenient, and economical.
